Dwin Legal, APC’s mission is to help clients prevent and resolve disputes. Dwin Legal, APC represents businesses and individuals in litigation and provides counseling on employment law issues. Dwin Legal, APC also provides mediation services as a third party neutral. We deliver the level of sophistication required to solve complex legal problems, but with a complete focus on efficiency and client service.

Our attorney, Evan Dwin, has years of experience working with two international law firms where he advised and represented some of the most successful businesses and individuals in the world in litigation and in developing employment policies. He is also a trained mediator. Evan opened Dwin Legal, APC with the goal of providing the same high level of service he provided while working with large law firms, but with a business model and fee structure that makes more economic sense for his clients.
